"i am 205, i was 185 one year ago when i started in april 2006. i want to be 210 and have much less body fat then i have now i aint sure what body fat i have now maybe 12%? soemone can give me an approximation by my pictures. but anyways by next sum"

Workout Program:
i try and work out every body part once a week minimum. For example monday (chest) tuesday(arms) wednesday((back and shoulders) thursday(Legs) Friday day off Saturday start over from chest. So 4 days on one day off usally i have a ****ed up work schedule so i average 4-5 days a week in gym. sometimes i average 6 days a wek in gym.
