How I Started:
i got started in highscool. 1995 maybe when i use to freestyle wrestle. but i only worked out once a week for maybe a 6month season and sometimes i didnt even work out that much. then in 2001 i started working out every spring till late summer trying to get buff for teh beach. however last spring i got addicted to lifting and didnt stop. i guess i kinda bought into the whole getting in shape craze and supplement hype but now i am smarter in what is hype and what actually works.
Why I Love It:
i love bodybuilding because it gives me self confidence and it think i have progressed well thus far in a short time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by the way by body reacts to weight lifting as long as i progress and feel good about myself i will keep it up.
BB Accomplishments:
i gained alot of size in a short amount of time 185- to 210 so 25 pounds... now i am 205 but more lean then when i was 210 was in the winter when i was building mass.
