Hey man! You can definitely use the Cellmass before you work out but most people who use creatine take it after their work out. Creatine works really well either way you just want to make sure you are taking in about 10 grams a day. Dont go over 10 grams or else you will be wasting your money. What other supplements are you taking man?

Where the hell were you! We drove for ever and ever. We got to the point where there weren't even any beaches. I mean I had two in the car with me but you know what I mean! BTW I have plastic forks and knives sitting in my car.
