It's never been about numbers or competitions. I've always wanted to be in the best possible shape with excellent muscle definition. I achieve this with an approximate 6x weekly workouts and healthy meals and snacks all day, everyday. I've been active in sports my entire life, but didn't take up bodybuilding until college. Over the last year, I've taken my bodybuilding and diet to another level, and the results have been awesome!
