How I Started:
I injured my back and could not do any physical excersie for almost a year. So one night i got tired of sittin around doing nothing and went to the gym.I have a strong desire to see if i can go from being at a very low point in my life to a very healty stronger fitter me.
Why I Love It:
It helps me feel more alive. It opens up the blood flow and makes me surge with energy.
To present a healthier more defined me by adding a lil mass then cutting it up.
Goal (Long):
I want to define my body. I weigh in at 255 and most people tell me i dont look it. Well hell if i weight it why not look it. I want the massive arms the defined back and broad shoulders. With a little guidance and dedication i should be able to pull this off.
Im currently working off of a workout i found in the current Muscle & Fitness its the Hi & Lows. Its a four week work out for strength and size and strength and endurance.
