My friends went to my other friends house and i went with them and thats how i started
Why I Love It:
I love hearing all of the compliments from everybody and feeling accomplished at the end of the day. And when i was a Baby i was really sick. i had to have open heart surgery 3 time and i was not supposed to live any longer than 7 years. Guess what folks, I am still here!!!!!!

Thats a great shotand the abs are looking mad ripped and great definition. Growing real nice kid. Turn the pic around for a better view. Kid L traine for 6 months ditched me to train with a friend. Now im solo and going apes with training.

Well the weekend is my days off. I take 2 days siesta and then start back on Monday. I may take a week off as it is always suggested. I may just do cardio and maybe calis and abs. Im still debating on it. I will know Monday what im going to do. You are kicking some butt. Actually you have passed me and im proud of u for that. Keep on doing it brother.
Just remember what you consider light weight is alot for me. So what does that say about me. You are stronger and will be more powerful and you are only 15. Yes in handicapp, but you are a growing boy. Thats whats up.

Leg Day. This is what I did today: Seat Pressed up to 700 lbs. Started at 400 10 per set. Squated up to 225x8 - Rare for me due to (FEAR) Maxed Out the Leg Extension - 255 lbs, Maxed Out the Calf - 400 lbs x 25 - 5 sets, Ham Curls - 150 lbs - 5 sets..., Groin Squeeze - 150 lbs - 5 sets Im gonna be so sore tommorw.

Im sorry Bradley. I have not forgtton you. I did alot of research on leg machines and could not find anything that would be safe to build. For you, the best thing to do is prison squats with weights on you shoulder and db or bb lunges. You can also do db or bb calf raises. Those things work the legs just as well. Whats do you think about that?
