How I Started:
I was very scrawny in high school. I was about 170lbs and had a hard time putting weight on. I started lifting as a way to gain size.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I feel like I can conquer the world after a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Lately I have been having a hard time staying motivated. Now that my kids are older and want me to do things with them I realize I need to get in shape. I can't even walk around the subdivision without being completely out of breath. That's not the example I want to set.

Wanting to and being serious enough to do what is required are two different things. If you are really serious about losing weight and getting into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program otherwise you may end up wasting your time & energy. I was able to lose over 50 lb’s going from 36% to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Let me know if you wish more info.
