I started back in Dec 2008, but didn't take any pictures then, so this is it.

Looks the same as last month, but the contours around my hips can be seen because of the change from shorts and my arms are more vertical, so the biceps look smaller.

Oblique view to show my "funnel chest", pectus excavatum. This is a hole in my chest. My lower ribs stick out because of it. I'll never compete or model due to this. Haha. It may be genetic, but could be to malnutrition as a child, i.e., lack of Vit D leading to rickets. It is linked to osteoporosis.

I took this to look for the uppercross, but I didn't relax my shoulders, but it does work as a side view.

Pretty much the same as last month. How many times can I write (okay, paste) that?

I suppose I should wear a different color each time so you can tell them apart.
