Well coming up on another birthday and I feel as though I'm treading water. The last six months have been interesting. I lost my job at the Y as they were unwilling to make the changes the allegedly brought me on board to facilitate and used budget issues as an excuse to get rid of the new guy....

Hey thanx Brad! You look like you've made very good progress. My fiance is looking to gain muscle as well..I'd have to say the diet is the hardest thing for him. He doesn't eat often enough and he over looks essential protein. Did you ever struggle with the diet? And if so, what tips could you give him? Appreciate it much, talk to you soon!
