this is w/ out cutting or even planning on doint a show, im about 185lbs in the black and white pics im about 179
i was exhaling hard, i should keep my air to make my upper body look more massive and give it that frank zane look, anything else?

Hey Bro---For th Back Double Bi, The way to get your Bicep Peak up, is to be doing the Hammer Curl Motion, that Isolates the outer head of the Bicep Muscle...Sorry It took so long to get back to you

Your physique is ready to compete Braden. Impressive muscle size, definition and symmetry. Just work on fine tuning your posing and you will do very well at your comp.
