Time to get back on track in the gym, lose the excess body fat I have gained the last two years and gain lean muscle and strength.
Goal (Long):
I have always lingered around weights since school but have never really determined myself. I suffered a back injury when I was about twenty after being hit by an at fault driver. This got me more minded to hit the gym in which for the past 13 years has been an on and off thing having all my own equipment I would join for a couple of months at a time because travel for work had taken me away from home. In which I joined gyms in VA Beach, and Marrienville PA. Have recently had knee surgery after blowing out my knee sking. I have put on alot of bodyfat since 06 and am shocked at how fast I got fat. I would like to get back to my more toned sleak look for sure but I am determined to take it a big step further this time.
