How I Started:
My dad has been into it for 20 years, grew up with him working out in the home gym. I grew up in a small town in Canada, so all there was to do in the winter was either work out or do drugs or play videogames.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy outdoor activities such as bike riding and jogging. I don't really enjoy weight lifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at myself in the mirror and it is enough of a reminder that I have a lot of work to do.

I'd like to for the first time in my life look good enough to feel comfortable wearing no shirt in the summer. I'd like to go to the beach and not feel like a lump. I want to jump in the water and ENJOY myself and not feel as if I need to hide. I haven't felt that way ever.

I have spent years "dieting" or going through personal transformations. But none of them have been as consistent as this one. I have worked out steadily and done everything right as per members of BB and common sense. I have cut out pork and red meat and really feel good about myself....
