I have trained off and on through the years. When I was younger I got into drugs and I ended up going to jail for a little while. That's where I started really getting into weights.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it relieves stress, and I enjoy getting bigger.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuilding websites and videos.

Gained 60 + lbs. I dont work out to loose weight and get a chiseled and tone body. I WANT MASS, the more the better!!!

What are your personal NON-FITNESS life goals?
Get a degree in Computer Science and get a well paying job in the field
Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?
Do you have any type of chronic disease or condition?
How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
Sometimes I have a hard time doig anything on a flat bench.
