I love to go through a grueling set and know I am improving my strength and physique. Building muscle doesn't come easy, and thats why I love it.
How I Stay Motivated:

Goal (Long):
Off-season cold bodybuilding measurements that I would like to have are 24 inch legs 46 inch chest 16.5 inch arms 15 inch calves 13 inch forearms with a 30 inch waist. I would like to be able to attain this with a 7 percent body fat at 170 lbs by end of september. In the weight room I would like to increase my bench press to 350 lbs by the end of september, as well as increasing my squat to 415 lbs and my deadlift to 530lbs.

What traps workout has worked best for you?
Shrugs Shrugs Shrugs, You can try them with dumbbells and barbells, mixing in some deadlifts is good too
What leg workout has worked best for you?
squat x4, leg press x4, leg extensions x4, hack squat x2
What chest workout has worked best for you?
Barbell bench supersetted with dumbell bench-3 sets of each, Incline machine x3, decline barbell x3, fly machine x4, weighted dips x2
