In fact, some of the more basic questions dont even have a real answer. For example, how much protein can one absorb and utilize...

lm back...LA, San Fran where amazing but spending quality time with my man in Calgary was the highlight. Ate & drank my way around town and now feel like a blimp. My knee is slowly healing although l need to take baby steps as l head back to the gym. Hope you are well and that your training is more consistent than mine! Take care - J
