To gain experience in competing and eventually take overall in a show.
Goal (Long):
My dream is to one day build a physique that is worthy of a pro card. Doing so, I would like to dominate the 202 and under class and be someone who is remembered for decades. Also, I would like to be a positive role model for anyone who is into fitness and bodybuilding.
exactly! I tried yoga a few days ago it's a free, hour long class at my gym. so I decided to try it since I have nothing else to do these days :( but yeah it is a surprisingly intense workout. it works your muscles a lot, but in a much different way than traditional lifting. I was dripping in sweat at the end!
I started in December, following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! At this time I'm doing some crunches, eagle sit ups and push ups every day, and at the same time I'm looking for some dumbbells. I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home!
