When I Started: Jul, 2004
How I Started: well i got started to rehab from a tramautic accident that caused me to have stroke causing left sided weakness when i first started lifting I could only curl 5 lbs W/ MY LEFT ARM now im up to 15 lbs
Why I Love It: simple as it may sound I get a sense of accomplishment when I increase how much I can lift simple as it may sound
How I Stay Motivated: knowing that by working out i am bettering myself
BB Accomplishments: 14lbs in 3 months and 3in increase in the size of my arms

I have decided that im going to run an m-drol and sdrol  stack for 30 days I plan on starting on march 31 and running through april 30 about a week before my cycle i will  preload w/ some milk thistle and while im on cycle i will continue using milk thistle  w/ red yeast rice and dhb 300. ...
