How I Started:
well i got started to rehab from a tramautic accident that caused me to have stroke causing left sided weakness when i first started lifting I could only curl 5 lbs W/ MY LEFT ARM now im up to 15 lbs
Why I Love It:
simple as it may sound I get a sense of accomplishment when I increase how much I can lift
How I Stay Motivated:
knowing that by working out i am bettering myself
