How I Started:
As a long time athlete I started lifting weights for size and strength for football and track and field
Why I Love It:
The art of shape and symmetry is my motivation. Trying to attain that look and feeling good about getting there is all I need
How I Stay Motivated:
Training drove me to become a ProPTA Private Trainer and Nutritional Consultant. Helping people attain a state of good health is a great motivator for me.
BB Accomplishments:
This may sound funny to some but my greatest achievement so far is being told by Samir Bannout, Mr Olympia 1983, that I knew my stuff and that he would hire me on the spot.
