How I Started:
I was very thin when I was growing up. I only weighed 135lbs at 6ft tall when I graduated high school. I had been trying to gain weigh, but had no idea what I was doing. When I got to college I started to gain weight, some muscle but some fat. I got up to 230lbs, with too much fat. A few years ago I got more dedicated and educated on what I needed to do. I have since dropped over 20lbs, which I would say was almost all fat. I have added quite a bit of muscle and strength.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the seeing the changes i have made to my body, along with feeling better and stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:
There is always room for improvement. This is a journey that I am on and I look forward to seeing where it will take me.

Goal (Long):
I need to gain strength and flexibilty in my lower body for tkd. I have improved a lot in the years I have been doing it, but starting in my mid thirties had made the progression slow.
