I was tired of being the skinny guy! Was a track, cross-country & baseball athlete through highschool. Needed to concentrate on baseball and add size in college!
Why I Love It:
It gives me a period of time, where concentrating on the body's contractions take my mind off all the other things going on in my life!
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking In The Mirror! There is always an improvement that can be made. For what can not be seen, there are measurements!
BB Accomplishments:
After getting my degree in Exercise & Sports Science, I passed the ISSA CPT test in 2002, then their Specialist in Performance Nutrition test in 2004. In 2007 I passed the CSCS Exam.
Test Driving The MitoTropin, to see what 30 days can do for someone who already eats super clean!
Goal (Long):
Continue to use on/off season schedule (as I did in 2001-2003 when I did do shows) to add size and lean back out in the spring for summer. I don't have a weight goal, since I feel the scale is over-rated.

After I get bf down I will look at bulking
