When I Started: May, 1997
How I Started: I was tired of being the skinny guy! Was a track, cross-country & baseball athlete through highschool. Needed to concentrate on baseball and add size in college!
Why I Love It: It gives me a period of time, where concentrating on the body's contractions take my mind off all the other things going on in my life!
How I Stay Motivated: Looking In The Mirror! There is always an improvement that can be made. For what can not be seen, there are measurements!
BB Accomplishments: Focus is not bodybuilding competitions. Focus is on personal goals that do not require trophies! I have continued to make great progress without the use of prohormones or testosterone products and my goal is to continue to train hard and make transformations as a natural athlete!

Goal (Short): Maintain a lean summer body in the 4-6% bodyfat range!
Goal (Long): Continue to use on/off season schedule (as I did in 2001-2003 when I did do shows) to add size and lean back out in the spring for summer. I don't have a weight goal, since I feel the scale is over-rated.

Hey bro, how's it going? I'm still cutting and let me tell you I'm sold on Gaspari, unreal man, sizeon/superpump/plasma jet are awesome. I took two weeks off for recovery and when I started back up WOW. The pump is great, I plan on posting new pic end of Oct.
