Shadrac I love the HIIT cardio....right now doing 1 minute 80% running then reducing to 65% for 1.5 minutes...keeps the muscle on and boots the fat...thanks man for your comments, makes me wanna be better! Jun 9, 2011 1:20pm

45ANDFABULOUS Your welcome. Leg and shoulder day almost took me out on saturday, still recovery from that workout. Im going to push it hard the next 2 weeks, hope to see some muscle popping out. BBD is definitely a great foundation, now I feel like I can do anything. Apr 25, 2011 12:51pm

45ANDFABULOUS Even though DTP is more challenging than the other phases, I really like it, I feel Im doing more, so hopefully at the end I will see that muscle popping, good luck, be mentally prepared is all I have to say and push yourself. 45ANDFABULOUS Your making progress, dont give up, I was feeling the same way. Its a marathon not a sprint. One thing Im learning is that consitency is the key, and some things we do will work better than others, so Im hoping that the next program I do will give me more muscle and definition, but I have to lose the fat first, the muscle is there because I can feel it and some days see it more.
