When I Started:
How I Started:
I first started working out the summer between my 8th grade and freshman year. I was preparing for high school football and a friend of mine took me under his wing and helped me put on weight for the season. It has progressed from there ten fold. I now am pretty independant when i work out, except for the occasional partnerships when we cross paths in the gym.
Why I Love It:
I love it because, if done the right way, you get results proportionate to what you put into it. It provides a mental stability for me, and a sense of pride and a sense that I care about myself enough to stay big, strong, and healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I find new things everyday. Sometimes I watch movies or certain bodybuilders doing a work out or a football highlight video and that will flip the switch for me. Sometimes all it takes is me hearing a song on the radio and it gets me in that mood.

I'm a college lineman who is suffering from too many knee injuries and decided to hang it up. I'm 265 pounds with too much body fat. I have the muscle mass, but I am looking to cut alot of fat. Let see what I can do.
Amazing transformation... Keep up the great outlook on life, hope to be as enlightened as you are when i'm at that stage in life! Thanks for the inspiration man!
Simply crazy transformation, and against odds that most people would call it quits when faced against... True fitness role model, as well as a life role model!
I am back from IFBB SA’s. I got a controversial 3rd place. I don’t want to go in to the whole issue. The decision has been made and nothing can change it. No need for me to rumble on about the issue. I have uploaded photos and the top 3 comparisons under my progress pics. I also uploaded my posing routine under the video clips. I say the truth lies in the pictures. Please check it out and let me know what you think.
Hi! The show went great. I won the Heavyweight line-up and qualified to go to the IFBB SA Champs. I decided not to peak at this show or to come in so hard and so I sacrificed the Overall Title. I want to peak at SA's and take the Overall Title there. Current weight - 241.34lbs. Competition pics are up. Check them out and let me know what you think. Fun and games will start know. I will be dropping another 8.8 to 11lbs.
