I try my best to eat all organic but most importantly, I do not eat processed foods that contain any harsh ingredients like MSG or Gluten. I believe that balance is key to a healthy and maintainalble nutrition plan. I recommend not going on any harsh diets that you can't stick to for the rest of your lift. It's all about finding a happy medium and learning what works for your body.

Supplementation is very important in filling the gaps of the micro and macro nutrients that your body may not get from whole foods.
My favorite supplements include Opti-Women, Fish Oil, Glutamine, BCAA, CLA, and Amino 2222. I am a firm believer on trying to intake most of my nutrients from whole foods, but your body definitely needs more of certain vitamins and minerals when on a vigorous workout plan.
