Overall Goal: i am training right now to box and would like to loose alot of weight so that i can build my body up with muscle the right way. A huge part of my goal is to also get cut up so you can see the different muscles in my body fuctioning.

Goal (Long):
i would like to do sports and like football and not always be put on the line just because i am big i do love playing football but would like to play running back and linebacker which are both things that are hard to do at my size. i really want to get my legs fast as well as my abs together shooting for an eight pack but a six pack will do and i would liek bigger shoulder and my area i want to get under control very much is my chest which is very flabby and i would like to change that. If anyone has any pointers on eating right or excersing tips please let me know i will try alot of things except taking pills like hydroxycut which can cause heart problems it says so on the box and i cant see why anyone would take that when thats almost like saying to your future kids i dont really want to be here for you when you grow up so ill try exercising and diet tips but no pilss for me thank you.
monday- Run in the morning at 5 ocklock outside on the trails estimated two and a half miles
40 push ups in sets of 20
200 situps in sets of 50
1 min rest in between each set
tuesday- run on treadmill for 35 mins
