k thanks for the advice lol its the same thing my bro said i should do butwhen i tried it it hurt my back even more so i stopped. now the pain is low i will try the deadlifts agin.

Best of luck breaking through your plateau. Great solid structure in av pic. Excellent potential for further gains, just don't push to failure all the time. When I gave up on that my strength took off! And that's in spite of joint and health issues. And you have youth on your side. Best of luck with all your goals.
