When I Started:
Jun, 1994
How I Started:
I am originally from Swansea, Wales in the Uk. I first started working out at the age of 14 on a family holiday to Florida, where there happened to be a gym in the hotel where we stayed at. It was there with my father that I picked up my first ever weight and have been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
Working out for me is a passion and a way of life because it trains you mentally and physically to be in control at all times. It is one of the hardest disciplines to master as it requires endless amounts of commitment and determination and in most cases you can use the same formula to other goals which in most cases is the key for success.
I also have a passion for working out and training the way I do as it is something that not many people can keep for 360 days a year. It is a sport where the more dedicated you are to your dieting, training and nutrition results are visible. It also a sport where you keep pushing your self to your physical and mental limits.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by giving 110 percent into every thing I do and am fully committed to my training and dieting. In return I see the physical result and that let alone is enough to keep me motivated.

2006-1st Place-Muscle Mania Heavy Weight World Champion and Professional Status
I am a life long Natural competitive bodybuilder and originally come from Wales in the UK. I gained Professional status in November 2006 with Muscle Mania which was held in Universal Studios Hollywood California. At this competition I was approached by a talent scout from WWE. She thought I had a great look for wrestling and wanted to do a video interview with me. At this point I was totally off guard and blown away. I had always wanted to get into professional wrestling, as I have been a wrestling fan since I was a young boy.
After my training with the FCW Development School finished, I was introduced to a much respected and well known Wrestling Tag Team called “The Dudley Boys”, Bubba and Devon. They are established in WWE and currently wrestle for TNA. They also have a training school in Kissimmee, Florida called “Team 3D Academy”. I felt that this was a good move forward for me, as they could really help me build on my experience and give me the development I needed to progress as a wrestler. A few months after training at the school, Bubba organised my first try out with TNA in November 2008. I was asked to return on several occasions, which in itself was a great experience for me. It gave me a first hand opportunity to see what goes on back stage and how the TNA organisation is run. In addition, it also gave me the chance to speak too many of the top superstars in TNA, where I gained some valuable knowledge and advice. Later that December, I received a call from Bubba who told me the fantastic news that TNA wanted to sign me.
I am currently awaiting my 2009 TNA debut and I anticipate it will be later this month. I am really looking forward to the experience and to causing as much mayhem in the ring as possible.
This is one of my early photographs, as you can see genetics plays a HUGE part in a physical make up. As you can tell my genetic show how I well developed I was even at the age of 15.
This is a photo of me at age 28, I am currently not in competition mode however I maintain this condition all year round so that I can move and maintain my physique in the wrestling ring.
My goal is to stay lean all year round and maintain my muscle mass to provide a first class wrestling physique.
Goal (Long):
I plan to make 2009 a very productive year as I am not only scheduled to debut later this month on TNA Wrestling (Total Non-stop Action) which is viewed Internationally on Spike TV in the USA and the Bravo Network in the UK.
I would like to gain as much exposure in the fitness industry as possible while I am committed to succeed in the wrestling business. I also look to work on any film and TV projects that are suitable to my unique look and physique.

Over the years my training has varied especially now that I wrestle 3-5 days a week and weight train 5-6 times a week. I always try and life has heavy as I can for good strict reps aiming around the 8-12 mark. Also it is important for me to keep up my flexibility and my all...
You look great, keep up the good work!! Have a good day!

Hi Rob, this is Randy. I met you today at the gym. I was with Saggs. I am glad to read about your training. It motivates me to train harder. Your wife is very lovely and sweet. You are blessed. Hope to see you again soon. Your friend, Randy
wow...you have easily the most impressive physique Ive ever seen on this site. Saying "no one else is in your class" is an understatement. You're really awe-inspiring, and it'd be a privilege to meet you someday, maybe at a show.
I'm taking your advice with incorporating more red meat in my diet. We'll see how well it works for me. Either way I'm gonna catch up to you. Joking. Keep up the good work bro. Your pics still inspire me.
