  • Never get discouraged bro. Just make sure you're eating healthy and properly. There's a lot of conflicting nutrition "facts" out there, but just follow these rules and you'll be there in no time; eat as little saturated fat as possible, unsaturated fats go right through you and help burn the fat off, always get in as much protein as possible (eat as much protein as you can in the mornings or as early as possible to suppress hunger cravings later on) and you should be good bro.

Edjeekie I know what you mean, its really inspiring to see so many ppl working so hard to get fit. Weight loss, my goal is merely 1-2 lbs/wk; I've read that anything more eats muscle not fat. Here's what I'm doing: clean diet of 2T cal/day. 3 d/wk weights, 2 d/wk cardio; 2 d/wk rest. Been on this since 11-21-12 and its working. Going pro, eh?
