hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!
yeah...get any of them on a real stage with real lighting...then we'll see...i'm not trying to hate...it just seems like a high school populartity contest...i figure if u talk the talk...u need to get up onstage and prove it..that's all...
