How can anyone say that superman isnt inspirational?! Ur awesome man, ur progress is amazing! i hope i'll look half as good as you in the future! keep up the good work man!
CT is real. She looks unbelievable and is more diced than most bodybuilders!
She is also honest on how she got to be in shape, and she is willing to share her diet/training with everyone else, WITHOUT CHARGING THEM FOR IT, unlike "other" members on this site. this is what bodyspace is designed for, to help people by giving them inspiration, and proper advice based on your own experience.
Keep up the good work CT! :)

Where do you find healthy recipes to try?
mix stuff up until they taste good i guess, i'm pretty simple, a bowl of pasta with some chicken or a sandwich is as satisfying as going to a 5 star restaurant
So this is my updated and polished daily diet. I am taking in between 250-300g of protein daily, 150-250g of carbs depending on low/high carb day, and most of my fat comes from fish and/or fish oil pills.
Meal 1: Protein shake 25g + 1/2 cup of oats + 2 pills of fishoil
chest and back
superset- flat db presses w/ wide grip pullups
superset- incline db presses w/ close grip pullups
superset- flat flyes w/t-bar rows
bent over bb rows
machine rows
dead lifts
shrugs

I also plan to gain weight, can you give me some tipps how you acomplished your goal?
Greetings!
Hey, man. I'm definitly going to try your cutting diet. At the moment i feel that I have hit my plateau as I have been just focusing on high protein 6 meals per-day for the past 2 weeks and I think my body finally caught up.
