Goal (Long):
bulk up starting october and put some more size on my body overall. i need to work on my inner back thickness, lower back, shoulders, calves, hamstrings and maybe get up to 21'ish inches in my arms so that i can at least hope to place when i compete naturally.

Where do you find healthy recipes to try?
mix stuff up until they taste good i guess, i'm pretty simple, a bowl of pasta with some chicken or a sandwich is as satisfying as going to a 5 star restaurant

superset- incline db presses w/ close grip pullups
superset- flat flyes w/t-bar rows

still trying to get feedback from my body as to my recovery...the whey you mentioned--does that have creatine? I do use a whey postworkout(Optimum Nutrition) ...just curious...like to learn what works best and nothing speaks louder than 'the body'..
So I used to use sizeon but changed recently...for preworkout boost I use superpump 250 which I really like...back to sizeone...felt my recovery was good and it provided that 30-40grams of fast digesting carbs postworkout...cut it recently--trying to cut so much sugars and am now doing ethyl ester and mixing in malto/dex post workout--own blend stuff...
