Where do you find healthy recipes to try?
mix stuff up until they taste good i guess, i'm pretty simple, a bowl of pasta with some chicken or a sandwich is as satisfying as going to a 5 star restaurant
So this is my updated and polished daily diet. I am taking in between 250-300g of protein daily, 150-250g of carbs depending on low/high carb day, and most of my fat comes from fish and/or fish oil pills.
Meal 1: Protein shake 25g + 1/2 cup of oats + 2 pills of fishoil
chest and back
superset- flat db presses w/ wide grip pullups
superset- incline db presses w/ close grip pullups
superset- flat flyes w/t-bar rows
bent over bb rows
machine rows
dead lifts
shrugs
Hey, man. I'm definitly going to try your cutting diet. At the moment i feel that I have hit my plateau as I have been just focusing on high protein 6 meals per-day for the past 2 weeks and I think my body finally caught up.
checked out your diet you posted man--not too difficult to emulate. some have such complicated foods. obvioously something's working for you given your ab def man. nice work. do you really hit abs every day? how long?
how is your training coming? im uping the level of weights now and my 2000 chest workouts are now a weekly event. im doing this until october and then i am switching it to back and will make a routine for my back this way. my leg work out for 2000 reps are done now once a month. how you doing? train hard, play harder. jeff
