What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
It can be annoying if they are constantly doing it. I can understand making a little noise while pushing out a final rep though
Do you socialize while at the gym?
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Workout t-shirt and shorts or workout jogging pants. Just because they are comfortable.

TO get in better shape for hockey, build endurance and strength/muscle. Workout minimum 3 days per week, 4 optimally. GOAL-by end of week 6 to be able to bench press my own weight 6 times and burn 500 calories on the stairmaster in 30 minutes.

The new equipment isnt that bad. its mostly all machines and benches. we really need more dumbbells. i need to start looking for another gym, cause my membership ends in sept.
go to the gym and give the new machines a try.
