hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!

Ya i thought i had the fastest metabolism ever. I couldnt gain a pound to save my life. Then I started taking taking weight gainer shake and eating like crazy. Going for 200! Hows training going for you?

training is good doing 2 intense full bodies a week. Eating 5-7k cals a day. It is really freaking working well. Never thought i could put on weight this quick

thank u I appreciate it!! My friend noticed that I have gotten bigger! I want to be bigger than superman!! You sound like my kind of lifting partner! When I was your age and saw my first bodybuilding show on TV I knew I wanted huge muscles when I got older!

I will keep you updated and you do the same . I had a six pack before because i was super thin and low weuight . I enetered college fluctuation between 110-115lbs . I burned bodyfat like no body's business , my abs were defined but they were flat and did not pop out ...

yea. i have less then a month to get ready for hockey.. so that means alot of time at the ice rink and i'll probably workout 3 times a week. 1 day on upper body and the other 2 on lower body. hopefully that will do the trick

training is going good! I am back at it after a time off over X-mas. I lost 15 lbs in my first three months and 3% bf in the same time ... I hope to get the bf down to 8% by March (at least 10%). I am at 14.5% I want to get down to 155 I am at 169 now ....want my six pack back! good job on the p e circuit!
