Working on putting on hard dense muscle with definition. This years focus on lower body to include abs, the previous year set a good foundation of my upper body just need to tie it all together for one complete package and once achieved take that to a higher level.

hey man--iron's going great. been hitting it hard, making some gain. the diet's going alright--i've dropped some pounds, so that's good. now i gotta work hard to shred some more. you've got some nice definition coming in man. hitting it hard?
