Well Oct. 20th was my One month mark from when I started with my new trainer. And I managed to get down to 232 which was 13 lbs down from when I started with him. I was only at that weight for one day but I have been sitting at 235 - 234 for the last couple days. I have upped my carb intake for...

Pairing does work well at times..but it does suck when you have just had a hard chest day with 1 to 3 rep maxes and then they have the whole class do multiple sets of every type of pushups under the sun! But you are right..what does not kill us makes us stronger!

How is the MA training dove tailing with weight training lately? Kempo oldschool workouts fit in well when you train on your owne but tended to realy hert back when I could make classes on a regular basis. How does what you do tend to work in?

Now that was a REAL test. Looks alot like my 3rd brown and 3rd black test's. Knuckels to the pavement!! You I want to talk training with!!! Question.. that style looks vagly familiar..I think I read about it in BLACK BELT back in the mid 90's. Is one of your "Anamals" the bull? Does the term BANDO have any meaning to you. Keep at it!!

I formally studied Karate and Taijutsu, and hold a Dan in each. And I have informally studied as many different styles that I can get a hold of (including varies styles of Gung-Fu, Mauy Thai, Savate, American Boxing, Jeet Kune Do, Jujitsu, and many others). I have studied from a very early age and I no longer have a specific style. Only what flows through me instinctively. You?

Haha...I get enough weird looks at the gym from how I train...it's always fun to walk backwards on a treadmill, at an incline, and watch the people walk past you...=)
