Currently I am doing supersets, doing 100 reps per body part. And doing them as quickly as possible taking very little rest in between. I work two body areas per workout. And each day incorporate abs. Each night I do 100 pushups using the perfect pushup. I work out 2 days then rest one.
The 3rd week I slow things down and don't do super sets. Doing 3 different excerises per body area and 3 sets per.
I workout from home, I use a bowflex and also the adjustable dumbells of theirs. And a treadmill.
