How I Started:
My max bench was 225 in 10th grade, I never maxed out after that...I took a few years off right after high school (2001) and slowly got back into it in 2004. At the time, my max bench was at 245 lbs. I set a goal for 300 lbs and reached it in 2007 at a 182-190 lb body weight. In 2008, I hit 325 and then 340 at 205-210 lb body weight. I'm currently at a 370 max bench at 220-225 lb body weight.

I grew up in Northern Michigan and worked out in the garage in the winter. That vid brought back memories of long johns under sweats, with a stocking hat and leather gloves, with the lungs burning from the cold air. Props to you for getting it done.

Thank you so much! Biceps are a pain for sure!! My triceps are insanely strong, biceps are super weak compared- but they both are small in comparison to my legs! Must get symmetry!
