Lifting for football freshman year in highscool
Why I Love It:
I like being able to change my body and being able to discipline myself to work harder.i like the feeling i get when i am working out, it makes me feel good and healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by competing with my friends and looking up to body builders.i also stay motivated just by thinking about getting gains i want to see
BB Accomplishments:
one of my accomlishments that i never thought i could of achieved last year is to be able to bench press more than 250 lbs and i did 255 so i feel good about that. i am only going to keep lifting more and more

I think that fight club is for me and you. You said you got a message too. I told your brother it was for him. But now that I think about it, its for me and you. Damn. You better start hitting those weights becuz if we were to fight those guys in real life, I COULD TAKE THEM BOTH.. lol. So yea tell your brother that you got the message too.

Certainly built a powerfully muscled and ripped body so far.And with those lifting stats you're probably even stronger than half the seniors also.Excellent size and definition on shoulders, delts, arms, chest and back. Continued success. André
