It was never really my choice to start exercising. It was predestined and ordained by my father... an ex- boxer, martial artist, and Vietnam Vet. I ran my first mile when I was 3 and my first 5-miles when I was 5. By the times I was 10 we'd go out on 13, 15 & 20-mile runs. My introduction to swimming came at the ripe old age of 2 weeks - let me re-iterate - 2 WEEKS old. My father would dunk me in the six foot end of the pool and I would instinctively swim back up to the top. I started boxing competitively at the Boys & Girls Club when I was 3 and continued for 10 years. I began martial arts (Wing-Chun & Jeet-Kun-Do) at about 7, but boxing was always the priority. In high school I competed in swimming, track & field, and football. Sports and exercising were never my choice. It was just simply something that was understood.

I want to start using creatine, but not sure which is the best. Been looking at the website at higher power micronized creatine or creatine ethyl ester. Also been looking at kre-alykin, which form do you suggest?

I run track and cross country, and I do martial arts. I am currently doing a program called P90X. I do this in the mornings and have track practice after school. In the summer I go to my high schools strength and conditioning camp, where we do weightlifting and running and other conditioning exercies. At home I have 5-50 pound dumbells and a pull up bar, so that is what I use to train at the moment. Any suggestions for exercises with dumbells? Thanks.
