Starting working out with a friend who was much more intense than me, however it was contagious and now it's part of me
Why I Love It:
It doesn't matter if you had a great or horrible day, you can always count on the gym to be there. It's my therapy in the midst of this crazy world.

hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
