Overall Goal: it's mass gain time everyone. yup got ten months till a show in VA beach i might do. so for the next 7 months it's power liftin time and believe me, hulk smash. i'm pumped at 176 trying to hit 200 before times up. strength is going threw the roof
my mother was a personal training and a fitness pro. she had a friend of the family(mr. MA.)Earnie brown who is why i got into this, teach me how to train. after that i was hooked like opra to fried chicken.
Why I Love It:
i love it for the natural feeling of fullfillment. everytime i'm done with a workout it's that feeling of being that much closer to perfection but never quit getting there. always striving to be better and bigger. it's the hunt for the next 5 pounds on your bench. the deeper squat. the flawless klean&press. i want to be better and theres no other way but to hit it again and again.
How I Stay Motivated:
i was 125/130pounds in high school. i'm 5'4. i wanted to be made fun of no more. it was about showing everyone that me then could turn into something other than the little kid. every rep is to prove myself. every set to show them all that there laziness has shown me what not to be.

Headed out for several fun-filled months underwater. No internet, mail, phones, or any of that other stuff most people take for granted :( Keep up the great progress!
First, stay safe and keep your head down. Next, how are the workout facilities over there? Can you get in a good workout? How about the food, can you get the right protein and carbs etc?
You have made good progress so far and I will enjoy watching as you continue right on back to the states.
