My goal is to compete in the OCB Cape Cod Naturals in October 2007 in bodybuilding. I am also in the process of becoming an NSCA certified personal trainer.

I'd like to start cutting again, and get a more lean physique. Over the winter I've been putting on some weight to add more lean muscle mass.
