How I Started: I was tired of being tired and not having the self esteem I used to before having 2 babies back to back. When my second child was 4 months old I started eating clean and doing lots of cardio. After a few months of that I started lifting heave weights and here I am...
Why I Love It: I love the end results...I have more confidence and energy not to mention a harder body.
How I Stay Motivated: I remember how I looked before and it reminds me how far I have come...I still have a long way before I am where I want to be and that's my motivation.
BB Accomplishments: Building muscle in places I have NEVER seen muscle...

Hey hon, Unfortunately, I've been in sooo much pain for the past 7 days that I want to cry. It's taking the military medical process a while before I get treatment. I should be in the emergency room, but I have a high pain threshold. :-( Soorry to be sooo gloomy.
