How I Started:
After the 2006 world cup i started going gym, however didn't really have great knowledge at the time. Serious training began in late 2008.
Why I Love It:
I love working out becuase of the the things you can Accomplish and personal enjoyment. The fact that one day i'll be a unit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Surfing the internet, Looking through BB.com reviewing people's profiles etc..Looking for more exercises, workouts different ways to get big.

Thanks. I only do a dedicated ab workout once a week. Which is incline sit ups with a medicine ball, I do about 3 sets of 30 and then I do hanging windshield wipers for my obliques. I also swim which is a good core workout.
