Hey there Ken thanks for commenting. Yeah that was a lot of weight drop there and it was before i stopped. Ive cut down all sugars n fruits, reduced water, cut of salt and sauces from food and was doing hell of a workout with too many excercises and sets. I also took that thermoshred to take off as much water as i could cause i wanted to see how far i could go though:)
Now its freedom time until i miss the weights back :)
