In high school I transformed by body from a blob of fat to a ripped athletic look. Now 4 years later, and after 2 years of college where I've let my body slip to a 12-14% of body fat due to partying and bad food intake, I am ready to start over. This time, I want to add muscle AND get ripped.
I am currently 166lb with about 13% bf. I would like to be around 175lb with about 7% bf.

I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
7%

Today, Thursday the 25th, I worked out my back and biceps.
Started out with medium grip pullups followed by narrow grip pullups and then I did deadlifts for the first time in about two years. I've been avoiding deadlifts because everytime I use to do them I would pull something in my back...
