Goal (Long):
Gain Muscles and five pounds or at least, gain muscle and maintain 180lbs. Reduce body fat to at least 12%.
In a nutshell; my main goal is to gain muscles while reducing my body fat. I do not intent to lower my body fat to the single digits. I would be happy with 12%, as long as my waist/belly goes down to at least 32ā. I am not a professional bodybuilder, so my abs to show through with deep separation; I just want a flat stomach so I can look good on the beach with a few abs poking and some definition; specially my lower abs. I want all of my muscles to show muscularity and hardness. I want to increase the size of my delts; giving an appearance of fullness to my traps, and grow my arms to at least 16ā big. I am not stopping there; I want to see my thighs go up in size as well, at least another inch. I want to give my back a wide āVā tapered shape. I am happy with the size of my chest; but I want my chest to show muscularity and hardness. Let me not forget my calves; I want at least a half inch there too. To top-it-off, I also want to see an increase of about an inch on my forearms.
Enough talking...time to get busy now...HOOAH!
