How I Started:
i started workin out at 16, i illegally signed a contract so i can attend a gym. i continued to workout here and there but not sriously. i then worked at a gym dtwn vancouver and thats where i got introduced into this awesome world of fitness. a competitor who runs shows and is a highly demanded trainer asked me if iw anted to compete and told me more about the show. she also invited me to watch one of the shows thatw as being held in north vancouver. after that day i was certain i wanted to compete.
it wasnt untill november 07 that i began to lift and diet for the purpose of competing.
whatch out ill be stealing the show.
Why I Love It:
i get butterflies inmy belly wen i think about wokrin out, thats how i kno it excites me more than anything
