I put a lot of weight on the bar... then I lift/press/pull it as many times as I can... then I put more weight on and repeat.... then I move on to something else
yo bro...Im starting a new bulking program soon. What do you think of the HIT program? Do you recommend it? Heard this **** is so intense that you cant do it for more than a month, but thats the **** that I need at the moment...Intense workouts really boost motivation im sure you know...Thanks bro.
You are pretty damn lucky bro haha...I thought I had a bada$$ metabolism myself when I first started lifting less than 2 months ago. Now I gained 20 pounds in that time n I hit the 17% bf mark! I was skinny and wanted to gain weight but never wanted to become a fata$$ lol...Hope ur trainin is goin good. might hit u up after this cutting bullocks phase. tc
