Overall Goal:  Get to 20 % body fat and lose those last pesky 7 pounds of my initial goal weight. Then keep creating newer goals to keep achieving.

How I Started:
I gained too much weight. And I was starting to experience back pain. I was also sick of eating crap because I felt I had no energy.
Why I Love It:
I feel more energy and I have gone to the gym in the past and it definitely helps in losing weight and speeding up my metabolism. Unlike some people, I love going to the gym and try to challenge myself as much as I can.
How I Stay Motivated:
Other members here or on sparkpeople.com. The changes that I clearly see. People make fun of how big my pants already look on me.
