Well that's the way to look at it. I don't know your FAM, but if they want to be there they'll be there jsut keep your head up and just remember you have friends that can be family. Also if you like i can be part of that family with the love so take care and keep in touch by now.

Hello Steveo how are things going here a little stressed i would go into details, but you wouldn't want to know. Well i have a question i have a friend of mine that after hitting the gym for about 2to 4 hours they go out and have a couple of shots does that take away from you working out and if so how. Talk to you then starting up my routines againhitting the weights. I'll post some pics soon.

How's it going Nick. Hope all is god i have a question? Does it really matter that you workout then afterwards go to the bar and slam a few, or does it really matter i would like to know i have a friend who does that so i come to you for the real facts. All is good starting up my routines again hitting the weights. Take care.

Well i wish i could say that his is my second day without them. Usually i eat a half a pack a night LOL for a guy who's been working out, but i don't gain weight that's the catch the stomach's there, but i stya the same at 170 and still try working out FFFFUUUNNNNNNNYYYY?

YEAH! I use to have a good set until i started eating Chip Ahoys Chcolate chip cookies LOL. Now i have a stomach FUNNY, I laugh at times.

Hello how are you doing i want to ask a quick question. What type of worout will be good for abs: Do you think hanging legs lifts are the best ABs work out or should i just do regular sit ups. Hope you can help me out.

What's up Steveo yes that's what i have been doing just taking ti light for now waiting for old man winter to come along so i can start my routines over again. What is the best routine for ABS do you think hanging leg lifts are good for the ABS may you get back to me. Talk to you then B-SAFE!

How your doing my brother Steveo? How are things well things are good here starting to hit the weights now starting off slow just doing basics for the moment as time revolves it'll get more intense LOL. Take care just checking in most of my workouts will be with free weights and a little bit of cables wish me the best. J.R.
